Ingredients to prepare
Shelled shrimp - 4pcs
Mushrooms - 4pcs (60g)
Cherry Tomato - 2 to 3pcs (30g)
Olive oil - 4 tablespoon (60ml)
1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, then cut them in half.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the ingredients (shrimp, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes) to the pan and cook until they are cooked through.
3.Turn off the heat, add Ajillo sauce to the pan, and mix well.
Note: You can also use octopus or scallops instead of shrimp.
